The bottom line
Both sites, built and handed over to you, come to $3,900. With the photo visits I recommend, the total is $4,800.

- You pay half at the start and half when the sites go live. Iron Pin Aerial LLC bills the photo visits as I complete them.
- After launch, hosting costs about $0 a month, and you cancel Squarespace, which runs $19 to $99 a month.
- Your only ongoing cost is domain renewal: what you pay now, plus about $10 to $15 a year for the millwork domain.
For comparison, agencies charge $3,000 to $20,000 or more for a business site this size, and custom design adds $1,000 to $3,000 (WebyKing, August 2026). At those rates, two custom sites with galleries your staff runs would cost $10,000 or more.
Why new photos come first
A website can only look as good as its photos. The photos on your current site are small, low resolution, and mostly uncaptioned, so they look soft on today's screens and don't tell a visitor what CFL built. You can see it in the samples: the large photos blur on a big monitor.
I'd visit six finished projects, four landscaping and two millwork, and shoot aerial photos, a short video, and ground shots at each one. I edit and caption everything so it's ready for the galleries. I'd start with the services that have no photos today: wetlands mitigation, irrigation, and grounds maintenance.
Sites near Tampa International and MacDill need FAA authorization first, so I'll confirm each site before we schedule.

What you get
Both sites include
- A five-page site built from the sample you choose, with your logo, photos, and colors. One round of design changes and one round of copy changes.
- A project gallery your office runs. Staff sign in with a company email, upload photos from a phone, sort them into categories, and post dated job updates.
- Search setup: page titles and descriptions written around your services and cities, a sitemap, and Google Search Console.
- A quote and bid form that goes to the inbox you choose, with spam blocking.
- Everything in your company's name: domain, hosting, and code. You also get a short admin guide, one training call, and 30 days of free fixes.
cflonline.com also gets
- A move off Squarespace with no downtime. Your company email stays where it is.
- Old page addresses forwarded to the new pages, so Google keeps what it already knows.
- Updated copy: 50 years in business, current names and team, and the water-conservation message from your irrigation page.
CFL Custom Millwork also gets
- A new domain registered in the company's name.
- A Google Business Profile and Bing listing for the division.
- Copy written from your experience sheet and a short interview, linked to cflonline.com as a division of CFL.
What cflonline.com is missing today
The site is secure and stays online, but it's hard to find and it undersells 50 years of work.
- Hard to find in searchEvery page carries the title "Welcome to CFLonline.com," and a site setting tells search engines to skip the Contact page.
- Name confusionAn Orlando company also uses the name Central Florida Landscaping, so searches for your name split between two businesses.
- Out of dateThe home page says "over 37 years," and the footer stops at 2021.
- Photos without contextThe Our Work page shows small photos with no captions.
Most Tampa Bay competitors lead with maintenance contracts for HOAs and apartment communities. None of them can show 50 years of construction at hospitals, universities, theme parks, and a military base, so the new site leads with that.
Staying on Squarespace instead? You could fix the titles and photos there, and your office could keep editing any page. You'd keep paying Squarespace every month, though, and the project gallery and job updates wouldn't work the same way. I recommend moving. Either way, fixing these problems beats leaving the site as it is.

- Weeks 2 to 4I do the photo visits, build both sites, and set up the accounts in your name.
- Week 5You review, I make changes, and both sites go live.
